Astrology of Individuals In A Team Playing Dynamic - A$88 per individual in teams up to 6 people
When a group are conscious of their individual strengths & of those working together with them, different communication styles or approaches can combine more fluidly as a whole. This 1- 1.25 hr session utilises practical astrological insight to foster greater cooperation, harmony & well-being. During the session we'll look at the balance of the four elements- Fire, Earth, Air & Water- within the group as a whole, as well as considering two significant factors of each individual team member's natal horoscope. In the light of personal strengths, these two factors can provide keys to understanding how each person may contribute best to the team.
This is a great service for a Team leader or employer wanting to consciously build Team spirit & cohesiveness. Please note, each person in the session attending will need to give prior consent to participating in this excercise and the Team leader will need to obtain each person's a birth time (as near to or accurate as possible), as well as their birth date and place of birth.
As there is a lot of information to take in (and some individuals may not have any knowledge of their personal Astrology other than their Sun sign) the session will be recorded so that it can be then shared with each team member for future listening. A physical copy of each person's birth chart will be provided for the session.
